I had a terrible experience at this hotel. After a long day at Machu Picchu, I expected a clean and well-prepared room, but that was not the case. The staff initially seemed nice, but the dirty bathroom and unkempt room completely ruined my stay. It's also not conveniently located, as it's quite a walk from the main plaza. I ended up leaving and finding a much better place nearby.
